Subject: A Great Journal
Stray Feathers was a journal run single handedly by Allan Octavian Hume. He was said to have been extremely picky about the notes that went into it, to the point that he became known as the "Pope of Indian Ornithology". It continues to be an important source for Indian ornithology although accessible perhaps to a handful of the thousands of people that are interested in Indian birds. It would be an amazing gift of knowledge to have the entire series available over the Internet to all.
